One image per page

The converter treats every image as its own page. Drop a set of files onto the panel, or click it to browse — you can select as many as you like. The list below shows the file name, the size and the pixel dimensions of each one, and each entry can be moved up or down or removed before you build anything.

The order in that list is the order of the pages in the finished document, so it is worth arranging the images before you press the button rather than after.

Page setup

  • Page size — A4, Letter, or Fit to image, which sizes each page to the picture on it.
  • Orientation — portrait or landscape.
  • Margin — the space kept around the picture, from 0 to 40.

Images are scaled down to fit inside the margin box and centred on the page. They are never enlarged, so a small picture on an A4 page stays small and sits in the middle rather than being stretched.

How to use it

  1. Add the images you want, in roughly the order you want them.
  2. Use the arrow buttons on any entry to move it up or down until the order is right.
  3. Choose the page size, the orientation and the margin.
  4. Press Create PDF. The file is built and downloaded as utilith-images.pdf.

What it is good for

  • Sending scanned pages or receipts as one attachment.
  • Putting a set of screenshots or mock-ups into a single document.
  • Turning photos into a PDF that prints at a sensible size.
  • Assembling reference material you want to keep in one file rather than twenty.

Good to know

  • The document is assembled on your device. Your photos are not uploaded, which matters for anything personal or client-related.
  • WebP images are converted to PNG before they are placed on the page, so they stay lossless but the file can grow. Shrinking them first with the Image Compressor keeps the finished document lighter.
  • The pages contain images, not selectable text. A PDF made from photos cannot be searched — use a dedicated OCR tool if you need that.
  • Choose Fit to image when you want each picture to fill its own page. Choose A4 or Letter when the pages need to match something you will print.
  • There is no page limit, but a very large album is assembled in the browser, so expect the page to work for a moment on a long set.
